PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to ShopAlberts.com! Albert’s Home Furnishings provides goods and services subject to notices, terms and conditions as set forth below. By accessing, browsing, shopping, and/or purchasing these goods and services through ShopAlberts.com, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.
Buyer affirms that Buyer has reviewed Buyer’s invoice and had an opportunity to discuss same with Albert’s employee(s) and/or agent(s), and hereby acknowledges, verifies, and ascertains that the merchandise Buyer purchased pursuant to said invoice is correct and accurate.
There is a major global supply chain disruption in the furniture industry, meaning online orders can take a very long time to get from supplier to consumer, and irrespective whether Albert’s Home Furnishings possesses the items Buyer purchases (or intends to purchase) in its store or warehouse. All orders that are placed online are fulfilled through the manufacturer/supplier directly, and thus, online pricing and in-store pricing may differ. Please be kind and patient. It is of utmost importance to Albert’s Home Furnishings to have furniture in-stock and ready for immediate delivery.
II.Online Purchase Deliveries
Purchases made online are delivered directly to Albert’s Home Furnishings from the supplier, and Buyer shall arrange for the items to be picked up from the store directly. Buyer shall be responsible for arranging and scheduling pick-up or delivery dates and times with Albert’s Home Furnishings directly. Albert’s Home Furnishings has the exclusive right to refuse delivery to any Buyer and for any reason. Please BE AWARE delivery or assembly services are not included with online orders. If Buyer requiresdelivery or assembly services, Buyer shall visit the showroom and place an order in-store. Ask an Albert’s Home Furnishings’ Sales Rep about delivery and assembly services provided to all customers.
Buyer will be notified by phone, mail, and/or electronic mail when the Special Order Merchandise has arrived. Within seven (7) days after being notified, Buyer shall furnish Albert’s with the total purchase price (in accordance with the Invoice) prior to pick up or delivery. Failure to accept merchandise in this manner and to make payment within seven (7) days of proper notice as provided herein, may subject Buyer to storage fee and/or 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise remaining on premises for fourteen or more (14+) days are subject to a storage fee of 25% the total purchase price provided on the Invoice. For every thirty (30) days following the fourteen (14) days the merchandise remains on the premises is subject to additional 10% fee for each month thereafter. Albert’s is not responsible for any damages for merchandise kept on the premises after the first thirty (30) days of recept by Albert’s Home Furnishings.
III.Estimation of Delivery
Buyer acknowledges that Albert’s Home Furnishings cannot determine the time of arrival of online special orders with precision. Therefore, any estimations made by Albert’s employees and/or agents regarding the potential or anticipated arrival of Special Order Merchandise is purely speculative, tentative, and/orsubject to change. Albert’s Home Furnishings makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of said estimations. Buyer agrees to hold harmless Albert’s Home Furnishings for any and allsuggested or estimated date(s) and/or time(s) of arrival.
IV.Right to Refuse or Cancel
Albert’s Home Furnishings reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel orders, at its sole discretion and for any reason it determines is necessary.
V.Product Availability, Pricing, and Description
While Albert’s Home Furnishings will use its best efforts to fulfill all orders, it cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed onShopAlberts.com. Albert’s Home Furnishingsreserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on ShopAlberts.com, and at any time,without notice. Buyer’s receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Albert’s Home Furnishings reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Albert’s Home Furnishings may require verification of information before accepting an order.
Albert’s Home Furnishings may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on ShopAlberts.com at any time.
All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on ShopAlberts.com are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). Albert’s Home Furnishings agrees to diligently correct errors that are discovered in a timely fashion. Albert’s Home Furnishings reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).
Albert’s Home Furnishings cannot confirm the price of an item until Buyer places its order. Despite Albert’s Home Furnishings’ best efforts, a small number ofitems listed on ShopAlberts.com may be subject to a pricing inaccuracy. If the correct price of an item is higher than an Albert’s Home Furnishings stated price, then it will, at its sole discretion, either contact the Buyer for instructions before shipping or offer Buyer an opportunity to cancel its order.
